You are right I did love the city of Madrid. I could spend hours walking around looking at the buildings and the history. It is amazing. I can't wait to come back and bring the family one day. As for the food, what can I say. There is very, very little here in the States to compare to it. I can still taste the jamon and the way that the food actually had "Full" flavor instead of just a hint of it. Have a great Christmas! Javier, I do remember you.
